Restaurant policy

§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the gastronomic services provided by JUNGLA Cocktails&Food, NIP: 6040172526, Targ Sienny
    7, 80-806 Gdańsk, Poland.
  2. The restaurant constitutes private premises accessible to Guests under the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
  3. These Terms & Conditions apply throughout the entire restaurant area.
  4. Each Guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  5. Entering the restaurant premises constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

§2 Rules of Use

  1. The restaurant is intended for Guests making use of its gastronomic services.
  2. Only food and beverages purchased on-site may be consumed, unless otherwise permitted by the management.
  3. The restaurant operates a Host position responsible for seating Guests.
  4. Taking a seat without being assigned by the staff may result in refusal of service or extended waiting time.
  5. The restaurant may apply operational limitations depending on current occupancy.
  6. Guests are expected to follow generally accepted standards of conduct. In particular, remaining without appropriate clothing (e.g. without a shirt) or inappropriate behavior such as placing feet on tables, sofas or other furniture is prohibited.
  7. Rearranging tables or any restaurant equipment without staff approval is not permitted.
  8. Bringing and consuming outside food or beverages, including alcohol, is prohibited unless explicitly approved by the management.
  9. If permission is granted to bring outside alcohol, the restaurant may apply a corkage/service fee.
  10. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to persons whose attire or behavior does not meet the standards upheld by the venue.
  11. Any behavior disrupting the comfort of other Guests is prohibited, including excessive noise, use of offensive language, or aggressive conduct.

§3 Service and Safety

  1. The staff reserves the right to refuse service for justified reasons, in particular in cases involving:
    – safety concerns,
    – disturbance of order,
    – behavior negatively affecting the comfort of other Guests.
  2. In such cases, the Guest may be asked to leave the premises.
  3. Alcohol is not sold to intoxicated persons or persons under the age of 18.
  4. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse further alcohol service in cases of excessive consumption.

§4 Liability

  1. Guests are financially liable for any damage caused on the restaurant premises.
  2. The restaurant shall not be held responsible for items left unattended, except where required by applicable law.
  3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors.
  4. Pet owners bear full responsibility for their animals while on the premises.
  5. Lost and found items are stored for a period of 14 days.

§5 Orders and Complaints

  1. Staff provide information regarding allergens present in dishes; Guests are required to inform staff of any allergies or intolerances prior to placing an
    order.
  2. Complaints regarding dishes should be reported immediately during consumption to enable prompt resolution.
  3. Changes to orders after they have been sent for preparation may not be possible.
  4. Bringing a cake requires proof of purchase or a declaration of homemade preparation.

§6 Bills and Payments

  1. For groups exceeding 5 persons, the restaurant may limit the possibility of splitting the bill.
  2. For group service, staff may designate one person responsible for communication and payment.
  3. A service charge of 10% of the total bill is added for groups of 12 or more persons.
  4. During peak hours, the restaurant may request payment before or during the service.
  5. Accepted payment methods are available on-site and communicated by the staff.

§7 Reservations

  1. Detailed terms regarding reservations, including time limits and conditions, are specified within the online reservation system.
  2. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the rules contained therein.
  3. During peak hours, time limits for table usage may apply in accordance with the reservation system rules.

§8 Monitoring and Image Rights

  1. Video surveillance is in operation on the premises for the safety of Guests and staff.
  2. The data controller for monitoring is the restaurant owner.
  3. Photographic and video materials may be created on-site for marketing purposes.
  4. Where a Guest’s image is recorded in a way that allows identification, it will only be used with the Guest’s consent.
  5. Recording content for commercial or promotional purposes by Guests requires prior approval from the management.

§9 Final Provisions

  1. Guests violating applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions may be held liable in accordance with legal regulations.
  2. The restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The current version is available on-site and on the restaurant’s website.
